The dead headed comments here are why conservatives are going to roust the leftists from power this fall and ultimately remove Obama in 2012. You lefties just don't get it, you and everything you stand for is antithetical to the Constitution and the intent of the Founders.

Our Founders intended for the U.S to be a Free Market Republic, which you don't like. Liberal Fascism is your brew and you won't be happy until you get it. Your happiness will last for about five minutes until it dawns on you how well and truly hosed you are and by that time it will be too late.

I think that about sums things up. I don't see anywhere in there any mention for or against a "Free Market Republic". I cannot see how support of the ideals described in the Preamble could add up to fascism. But then again, I'm a big fan of facts.

It wasn't "exactly what happened." Speaker Pelosi said the people holding Obama as a witch doctor and Hitler signs at town hall meetings weren't real "grassroots" but "astro-turf" - but the viewership that Fox News cultivates isn't capable of understanding anything beyond what is spoon fed to them. Fox News creates a whole new reality for gullible morons who have just enough brain cells to aim a shot gun, and that's what this young woman should be railing against.

Imagine if the Today Show had hosted someone singing an anthem against George Bush. Would Matt Lauer give a lead-in like "Dick Cheney doesn't give a rat's behind about us."

Word for word of what she's railing against describes the GOP perfectly. You stuff your pockets while Rome is burning? She means Cheney, right? Or is it Palin?
